For these children that are terminally ill or maybe in crisis, these events can make a distinct difference, by making them feel special in a fun environment, leaving them with long lasting pleasant memories

More about us...The Bubblegum Club is an Irish registered not for profit organisation whose mission is to provide extraordinary outings for extraordinary children, many of whom suffer from life threatening illness, long term debilitating illness or are disadvantaged in some other way.
The Bubblegum Club provides professional care in a fun environment – giving kids a great boost, but also providing a well-earned break for the parents, family and carers. The Bubblegum Club was founded in 1994 by Peter Harris and has now helped almost 25,000 children. Each year The Bubblegum Club runs a number of major events including
We are staffed entirely by volunteers – a mixture of nurses, doctors, professional carers, business and professional people and suitably vetted helpers. Over the last 20 years we have developed great experience and supportive contacts which enable us to put on a fantastic show quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. |
It is not an easy vocation to drive an organisation like The Bubblegum Club when there are so many worthy causes displayed on television and in newspapers every day and we would never wish for people to neglect them, nor would we ever want to replace a public body or government agency in providing care that they are obligated to deliver, but we are absolutely committed to providing opportunities for our children to experience 100% fun at least once in their lives – we do it and we do it well.
